Castlemore Securities has appointed Montagu Evans as joint agent for the redevelopment of the former GPO sorting office at Waterloo Place, Edinburgh.
Montagu Evans joins Roxburgh & Co, who was appointed in July.
The development will provide over 18,580 sq m (200,000 sq.ft) of offices on eight floors, with roof gardens and basement car parking, within the A-listed facade of the existing building.
Castlemore Director, Nick Mason, said: “This is the largest office development currently in progress in Scotland and its location – at the eastern end of Princes Street, next to Waverley Station – makes it one of the most prestigious. For a project of this size we had always planned to have more than one agent and we are delighted to be working with both Montagu Evans and Roxburgh & Co.”
