Sydney & London Properties has sold nine investment properties in England and Scotland for around £31m.
The purchaser is BFS Managed Properties, a newly formed property investment fund.
Stephenson Harwood advised BFS, while Howard Kennedy (in England) and Brodies (in Scotland) advised Sydney & London.
