Countrywide Homes has unveiled plans to build more than 500 homes in the West Midlands in the next 12 months.
The developer plans to build flats and houses on brownfield sites in and around its native Birmingham.
Countrywide already has planning permission to construct 50 two-, three- and four-bedroom houses on a 3.6-acre (1.5ha) site near Willenhall town centre in West Walsall.
It has also formed a partnership with David Wilson Homes, to build 12 luxury detached homes on a two-acre (0.8ha) site in Streetly in Sutton Coldfield.
