Munich property entrepreneur Alfons Doblinger’s company wants to take over Monachia. The majority shareholders Hochtief and Allianz have presented a takeover bid for ¬2,767 (DM5,412) per share until 15 January 2002.
Both announced in December 2000 that they did not wish to continue with the holding in Monachia. Further information is due to be released when the majority shareholders in Monachia have reached a decision.
