The majority of French property shares are still worth something in the eyes of financial analysts, even if the sustained increase in Paris property prices has ground to a halt.
Many observers believe the stabilisation of prices at a high level is a good sign. Analysts have rewarded notably Unibail, Simco and Sophia with good grades.
