Berkeley Homes is looking for bidders to take a 1,000-year lease on a four-star hotel development at Chelsea Bridge Wharf (pictured), SW8.
The 234-room hotel is located at the southern end of Berkeley’s 3.44ha (8.5-acre) Chelsea Bridge Wharf site, between Battersea Park and the former Battersea power station.
Berkeley Homes’ Chelsea Bridge Wharf development comprises 608 apartments, 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sq m) of offices, and 20,000 sq ft (1,853 sq m) of leisure facilities and restaurants.
Colliers RH has been appointed by Berkeley Homes to find an operator for the 140,000 sq ft hotel.
