Italian property company Italcementi has closed the third quarter on a positive note, thanks to the good performance of its parent company Italmobiliare.
The property group registered profits of ¬137m (L265.3bn) during the third quarter, representing a 25.1% increase, and net competition profits of ¬71m (L137.5bn), up 56.3%.
