Healey & Baker is to list all its retail property instructions on shopproperty.co.uk.
It is the first agent to commit to putting its instructions on the specialist retail listings site.
Toby Comerford of Healey & Baker said: “Property marketing has evolved dramatically over the past 18 months and an internet presence is becoming an essential tool of the trade.”
Shopproperty.co.uk was launched this summer by Churston Heard. It lists the particulars of retail properties, supported by digital Goad plans. Over 800 properties are listed.
The site is a separate company but is owned by Churston Heard. However, the agent is believed to be in discussions to sell equity stakes to other firms.
Nigel Platts of Churston Heard added: “Healey & Bakers decision to list its properties on the site confirms that shopproperty is fast becoming the established marketplace for retail property on the web.”
