Albion Harvest is to develop a 21,225 sq ft (1,972 sq m) office building in central Bracknell.
The group is looking for prelets for the three story building, called Profile, which will be located on Eastern Road in Bracknell town centre. Albion confirmed it has received interest from two interested local parties – an IT company and a pharmaceuticals manufacturer.
Christopher Reeve, director of letting agent Lambert Smith Hampton’s Reading office, said: “This development reflects the continuing confidence we have in the Bracknell market and is attracting some impressive corporate interest. Albion will develop the building speculatively if no prelet can be found.
“The timescale for the development depends largely upon finding a prelet for the building. However, if the building is developed speculatively, Albion expects to begin development some time next year, depending upon the state of the market.”
