Totty Developments and CALA Homes have joined forces to develop a £12m housing scheme in Leeds city centre.
Totty/CALA plan to refurbish the eight-storey building at Park Row and build an additional two storeys to accommodate 74 apartments and an Abbey National branch.
Work on the scheme is expected to complete by the end of June 2002.
Totty development director Graham Cragg said: “The jv with CALA Homes is excellent news for the company and once again associates the Totty name with a high-profile urban regeneration scheme.”
