Royal & Sun Alliance Property Investments has bought Lancaster City Retail Park from Capital & Regional for £16.8m.
The park provides 117,500 sq ft (10,916 sq m) of retail and is situated on Mellishaw Lane, Lancaster. It comprises seven retails units occupied by Matalan, JJB Sports, Wickes, MFI, Carpetright and Harveys.
