King Sturge (KS) is to relocate its Cardiff offices from Park House, Greyfriars Road, to a city centre location, the Longford business centre, on Dumfries Place.
KS has signed for the whole of the second floor at the Longford Business Centre’s Haywood House North, on Dumfries Place.
It has taken 5,300 sq ft (492 sq m) – 1,300 sq ft (121 sq m) more than it has at Park House – having recently expanded its workforce, and will pay £14 per sq ft (£150 per sq m).
KS is also looking to move to larger office premises in Edinburgh.
Meanwhile, Longford Business Centres said that it plans to expand its Swansea centre in the new year.
