Aldi Stores has issued proceedings against Norwich Union Life & Pensions, the landlord of retail premises rented by Aldi in St Georges Retail Park, Leicester, in a dispute over rent review proposals.
Norwich Union has proposed a review figure of £234,000, but Aldi has refused to agree to this, proposing an alternative figure of £133,600 for the period from March 2000 to March 2005.
