Wilcon Homes and Chiltern Investment Properties have signed two tenants for their £60m Tally Ho Corner scheme (pictured) in Finchley, north London.
Marks & Spencer will take a 17,000 sq ft (1,580 sq m) food store, while Cannons health clubs is to open a 25,500 sq ft (2,370 sq m) health and fitness centre. The rent roll for the two lettings totals around £650,000 pa.
The site, which previously housed the Gaumont cinema and a bus station, will provide additional retail and office space, 158 apartments in a 16-storey tower and a 70,000 sq ft (6,503 sq m) arts centre.
The development is scheduled to complete by December of next year, although M&S and Cannons will commence trading in late summer 2003.
