Landlord and tenant representatives are among those who have been asked to comment on recommendations proposed in a draft code practice for commercial leases.
The code, which has been put together by an industry-wide working party, contains recommendations for landlords and tenants when negotiating new business leases.
The consultation period for the draft document ends on 31 March 2002.
