APW Electronics is to give up its lease on what is claimed to be the Black Country’s largest manufacturing & distribution building, in Wednesbury.
The 131,200 sq ft (12,200 sq m) building lies on the A41 Black Country spine road in the West Midlands.
It commands a rent of £600,000 pa and was previously occupied by Precision Steel.
