Lottery Commission bets on W1 move

The National Lottery Commission, advised by Strutt & Parker, has taken 6,320 sq ft (587 sq m) at 101 Wigmore Street, W1, from AXA Sun Life for its new national headquarters.

It has signed a 10-year lease at £613.55 per sq m (£57 per sq ft) after a surrender from telecoms company Lucent Technologies.

Hodnett Martin Smith acted for AXA, while Healey & Baker advised Lucent.
