Morgan Pepper has replaced CB Hillier Parker as joint agent on One Gun Street, Spitalfields, E1.
Morgan Pepper joins Lansdowne Stewart on Manhattan Loft Corporations and The Osborne Groups 82,000 sq ft (7,615 sq m) office scheme, designed by Burland TM.
Demolition and archaeology work has been completed and a tenant could take occupation in summer 2003.
The scheme is available to prelet in units from 32,000 to 82,000 sq ft.
