Sir Richard Branson is selling Limited Edition by Virgin’s majority stake in Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons, in Oxfordshire to Orient-Express Hotels.
Orient is also buying a hotel in Mallorca, La Residencia.
It will pay a total of £27.5m for both properties.
