Gazeley Properties’ Paul Weston is leaving the company to join Brixton Estate as director of development and lettings.
Weston (pictured) will join the South-East specialist developer on 18 March. He spent four years at Gazeley where he was development director.
His brief will include working alongside investment director Paul Reid in the letting of Brixtons 16.5m sq ft (1.53m sq m) industrial portfolio.
Tim Wheeler, Brixtons chief executive, said: “It will enable us to be more effective in both short and longer-term development site opportunities as well as adding leadership and strength to our lettings function.”
