The Belgian capital is profiting from the EU expansion. The numerous diplomats are all moving to the Leopold district of the city and towards the much sought-after “green belt” to the south of the town.
Pierre Pozzi, a manager at DTZ Belgium, explains, “After years of stagnation in the early 1990s, we are now expecting a renaissance on the property market in Brussels.”
