Computer group Compaq is to dispose of 40,570 sq ft (3,769 sq m) of offices in Basingstoke as the next phase of its disposal programme.
The firm, which is in the process of being taken over by Hewlett-Packard, is to dispose of its leasehold interest at Meridian House, The Crescent, at the Viables Business Park, Basingstoke.
DTZ has been retained by Compaq to dispose of the space.
