Holmes Place has bought the 16-acre (6.5 ha) Epping Forest Country Club Nightclub site in Chigwell, Essex.
A £10m flagship club, comprising 40,000 sq ft (3,716 sq m), and 400 car-parking spaces, is planned for the site.
The Noble Harris Partnership acted for Holmes Place and Chesterton advised Epping Forest Country Club.
