Wilmoor Properties’ plans for a £12m mixed-use scheme (pictured) in Haringey have been given outline consent by Haringey council.
The scheme, in Green Lanes, Haringey, N4, will include 105,000 sq ft (9,754 sq m) of offices and a single-storey retail area comprising an 80,730 sq ft (7,499 sq m) Sainsbury’s Homebase anchor store and two smaller units.
The plans, designed by architect Colwyn Foulkes, also include 25 affordable houses facing Finsbury Park, together with a relocated Post Office.
Building is due to start in the autumn.
