Deka Immobilien has expanded its business in Spain with the acquisition of two properties right in the centre of Madrid from Torre Serrano and Fousa.
One was the former head offices of Credit Lyonnais in Paseo de la Castellana, which measures 11,300m2. It is valued at ¬73m.
The other building is in the street named Marques de Villamejor, which measures 3,400m2 and cost ¬15m.
Deka was advised by Galeon Property Group, while Torre Serrano and Fousa contracted JP Morgan.
