Goldman Sachs markets EC4 HQ lease

Goldman Sachs is bringing almost 100,000 sq ft (9,290 sq m) to London’s Midtown market as part of its phased relocation to Paternoster Square.

It is looking to offload its HQ lease at Procession House, Ludgate Hill, EC4, on short- and medium-term leases.

It has awarded Managed Office Solutions (MOS) a lucrative management contract to market and operate the 96,000 sq ft (8,900 sq m) building as fully managed short-term space.

Goldman Sachs leased the building in 1999 but last year signed up for an HQ at the 200,000 sq ft (18,580 sq m) King Edward Court, Paternoster Square, EC4, to consolidate its portfolio.

Managed Office Solutions is a joint venture between its directors Peter Cookson and Richard Douglas and FPDSavills subsidiary Grosvenor Hill Ventures.

MOS has appointed Jones Lang LaSalle, Farebrother and FPDSavills to market the space.
