Ian Gough (pictured left), head of US independent valuer American Appraisal (AA), oversaw the signing of an alliance with UK agent Matthews & Goodman (M&G) this week.
The staff-owned AA has 1,000 employees and revenues of $100m.
Peter Smallwood (pictured right), M&G’s chairman, said: “I am delighted we have established a formal link.”
