Italian group Pirelli Real Estate is preparing to sell 800 commercial properties in the centre of Naples, valued at ¬150m.
Pirelli has signed an agreement with commercial associations to define prices and sales terms. Andersen Corporate Finance is predicted to be the independent evaluator and the sale will begin in May.
