Morley Fund Management has signed Astral Developments as its partner on the £84m distribution scheme at Swan Valley, Northampton.
The move follows Morley’s buyout of the 180-acre (73ha) site from former partner Swan Hill in April 2001.
The scheme, which lies next to junction 15a of the M1, has permission for 2m sq ft (185,800 sq m) of space.
It boasts tenants such as Levi Strauss, Tetleys, Carlsberg and Safeway, which occupy around 1.2m sq ft (111,480 sq m).
