Serviced office provider Gainsborough AWG has signed for Cendant’s 18,632 sq ft (1,731 sq m) office building at 59-60 Thames Street, Windsor.
The partnership has taken a 15-year lease at a rent of £28 per sq ft (£301.40 per sq m) from Cendant.
Gainsborough AWG will use the building as its 11th serviced office centre.
The deal is the largest letting in Windsor for two years.
Strutt & Parker advised Gainsborough AWG, while Romans Commercial acted for Cendant.
