Henry Boot Developments has sold its Skegness Retail Park in Lincolnshire for £5.15m.
The recently completed 44,500 sq ft (4,134 sq m) park produces a net rental income of £426,000 pa.
Occupiers of the site include Currys, Halfords and Focus Do It All.
The buyer is a private offshore fund.
A proposal is in hand for the development of an adjacent 2.3-acre (0.9ha) site.
