Antler Property Investments has sold a mixed-use portfolio to a private Irish consortium for around £86m.
The deal reflects a net initial yield of 8%.
The portfolio includes 31 industrial properties, shops and offices spread throughout the UK which produce over £7m pa.
Alan Welsh, Antlers managing director, said: “We are actively pursuing a number of potential investment opportunities, including the involvement of an external equity partner, to take us towards the magical £1bn mark of gross assets.”
Holley Blake advised Antler and BCM represented the Irish consortium.
