Richard Allsop, FPDSavills’ director of asset management, has quit to join niche agent Morgan Williams as its partner for retail warehouse lettings.
Retail warehouse specialist Allsop has been with FPDSavills for 12 years.
Morgan Williams is retained by Henderson Global Investors for its retail warehouse fund and has also acted for Tesco, Pillar and British Airways pension fund.
Partner Paul Williams declined to comment on Allsop’s appointment but said: “We will try to recruit more people in the forthcoming months as we build up our lettings side of the business.”
