Milton Group has bought Burwood House, Caxton Street, London, SW1, from Aberdeen Property Investors for £7.5m.
The property comprises 23,000 sq ft of offices and shops and is part let to BAE Systems and Cook Hammon & Kell.
Hamptons Commercial acted for Milton Group, while Strutt & Parker advised Aberdeen Property Investors.
