Shaftesbury chairman Peter Levy has sold 86,000 shares in the company.
He sold the shares at 238p each, making just over £204,000.
Levy now holds a beneficial stake of 3,262,092 shares, representing 2.5% and a non-beneficial interest in 544,058 shares, unchanged at 0.4%.
Shaftesbury shares were down 3p (1.2%) to 240p today.
