Work started this week on Gyle Square, the 150,000 sq ft office scheme which will replace the existing BAE Systems building in Edinburgh.
The scheme, a joint venture between Highland Properties and Bank of Scotland Corporate Banking, is located at 1 South Gyle Crescent, on the Western side of the city.
The redevelopment will see BAE Systems vacate its regional office to consolidate its operations into Crewe Toll. The development is due to be completed by November 2003.
Michael Laird Architects designed the scheme. CB Hillier Parker is letting agent for the scheme.
