Designs have been revealed for Rapier Street, Providus Property Partnerships first residential scheme, which is set to kickstart the £250m regeneration of Ipswichs Waterside area.
Providus is planning to build 169 flats, 25% of which will be affordable housing.
Consultant Hapcom, which introduced the site to Ipswich council and Shaftesbury Housing Association, advised Providus.
