Work has begun on Rosedale Property Developments’ 99-flat residential development in Hulme, Manchester.
The £12m scheme, Casa Urbano, was designed by architect firm MBLC and will be situated in the heart of the Hulme High Street regeneration area.
The architects claim that the design was inspired by Antoni Gaudi, the founder of Spain’s art nouveau movement and the architect behind many of Barcelona’s most famous buildings, including the Sagrada Familia.
