Land Securities Trillium has signed for 27,000 sq ft (2,508 sq m) in Cardiff city centre as part of a nationwide acquisition programme for up to 3m sq ft (278,700 sq m) of space for a private finance initiative project.
LandSec Trillium is paying £13 per sq ft (£139 per sq m) for two of four floors at Capital & Counties’ 40,000 sq ft (3,762 sq m) No1 @ Bridge Street office scheme.
The space is for a PFI contract with the Department for Work & Pensions. Major new requirements in a string of major cities for LandSec Trillium are being handled by GVA Grimley.
