ISIS Asset Management has bought a 289,000 sq ft (26,848 sq m) distribution warehouse in Brackmills, Northampton, from Aberdeen Asset Management for £22.1m, a net initial yield of 6.39%.
It is let to Asda Storage with a further 26 years remaining on the lease.
