South Yorkshire Pensions has signed food group Booker for a 66,542 sq ft (6,183 sq m) warehouse at Acre Road, Reading.
Booker has taken a 20-year lease incorporating a six-month rent-free period at a rent of £435,000 pa, equating to £6.53 per sq ft.
