Scottish Provident, advised by BH2, has sold Bravura House, 10 Bouverie Street, EC4, to Royal Liver Assurance for £10m.
It reflects an initial yield of 5% but there is an outstanding rent review. The 20,000 sq ft (1,858 sq m) building is let to law firm Freshfields.
