South Yorkshire developer Lazarus Properties has submitted plans for a 25,000 sq ft (2,322 sq m) office building in the centre of Doncaster.
The £2.5m speculative scheme, on the corner of East Laithe Gate and Princes Street, was designed by Cartwright Pickard Architects.
Lazarus Properties director Lloyd Nicholson said: “Doncaster is ideally placed geographically for substantial development and investment, but if it is to compete as an important town in the North of England the shortfall in high-quality office accommodation has to be addressed.”
