Enterprise Inns has sold 52 of its 5,200 pubs to InnSpired for £16.2m.
The pubs are in the New Forest, Portsmouth and Gloucestershire areas.
The pubs were sold to satisfy the Competition Commission in the wake of Enterprises acquisition of 1,860 pubs from Laurel Pub Company last April
