Flexible business space provider Workspace has paid £10m for Canalot Studios, an office complex on Kensal Road, W10.
Canalot Studios comprises 100 studio offices of around 520 sq ft (48.3 sq m), 90% of which are let.
It brings in rent of £915,000 pa, reflecting an annual yield of 8.5%.
Workspace also paid £1.5m for a 0.3-acre (0.12 ha) adjacent plot which has planning consent for 30,000 sq ft (2,787 sq m) of office/studio workspace.
