Student and key worker accommodation provider Unite Group has won detailed consent for its 25-storey Plaza student accommodation block in Leeds.
The 1,600-bed scheme will provide 572 flats in what it is claimed will be the tallest building in Leeds, on Queen’s Square North.
Work is expected to start this month, with the first flats ready for occupation in the summer of 2004.
Carey Jones is the architect on the scheme.
