Nokia Mobile Phones is thought to have earmarked three sites for its new headquarters.
The communications giant, previously linked with Southwood Business Park in Farnborough, Hampshire, is now looking at Arlington Square in Bracknell, Berkshire; Farnborough Aerospace Centre and Mountbatten House in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
At Arlington’s Arlington Square, joint letting agents Strutt & Parker and King Sturge are marketing the 84,000 sq ft (7,806m2) first phase.
The development has potential for up to 400,000 sq ft (37,160m2).
Two buildings, totalling 126,000 sq ft (11,705m2), remain vacant at Arlington’s Farnborough Aerospace Centre, where Jones Lang Wootton and Vail Williams are quoting £21 per sq ft (£226 per m2).
And at Mountbatten House, IBM is looking to assign its 154,600 sq ft (14,362m2) building at the passing rent of £12.74 per sq ft (£137.13 per m2).
The letting agents are Hillier Parker and Healey & Baker. Baring Houston & Saunders is advising Nokia.

If a deal goes ahead, the company would quit its existing premises in Huntingdon, Cambs, and take 30,000 sq ft (2,787m2) in the 100,000 sq ft (9,290m2) scheme.
