Munich-based Hoffman Eitle & Partner have taken space at Sardinia House, 52 Lincoln’s Inn Fields, WC2, at an initial rent of £35 per sq ft.
The lease, covering 1,700 sq ft, is for a term of 10 years with a review at the fifth year. According to agents Weatherall Green & Smith and Bates Richards, there was no reverse premium, fitting-out contribution or other incentive, “apart from a minimal rent-free period”. They see the letting, despite its small size, as an encouraging sign for Midtown.
