Grosvenor Square Properties Group have joined the Stratagem Group, a Manhattan-based property and industrial company, to redevelop a 38-acre site in Atlantic Country, New Jersey.
A 300,000-sq ft office campus is planned — to the west of Atlantic City along the Expressway to Philadelphia. With the first phase of 55,000 sq ft due for completion next summer, Stratagem will manage the project — which will have an estimated completed value of $40m.
Grosvenor’s chairman, Paul Marber, said: “Having previously had an involvement in office schemes in the USA, Harbor Creek Office Park is a natural move for us and we may well consider other such projects on the East Coast over the next few months.”
