Union Group have bought the Grove Market Shopping Centre in Grove Market Place, Eltham, London SE9, for £2.5m from a private investment company.
The 23,000-sq ft centre, built in 1975, has 20 shops, a banking hall and DIY centre, with a rent roll of £250,000 pa. Tenants include Fads, Midland Bank and the Prudential.
